Having read an article or two from here about not neglecting them, I realized I obviously am, because hey, who regularly does wrist extensions after or during a CW style workout? There’s a chance the deficiency is overriding my grip development for pulls, because pulling movements and farmer’s walks are basically the only forearm work I get in. Adding a little to their circumference wouldn’t hurt either.
If I also wanted to do a little extra biceps work, and still be able to sleep at night, would a few sets of reverse grip curls after the big stuff do the trick? Or, would I need to do wrist extensions, or just extend the wrists in middle of the curls?
