Morning-protein shake w/banana, orange juice, another fruit. lunch- 1 can tuna, fruit,celery, water. dinner- chicken breast or fish, vegeatables, salad , fruit, juice, water. snack- protein shake w/fruit. Stay away from high carb foods. ex- pasta, potatoes,rice. Lots of fruits and vegatables.
