its mid way through the season, and i need to be racking about 165 lean, but i am about 154 lean, and was wondering what i can do nutrition wise to add size fast.
calories, lots of em
2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight if you're not already.
if you need more then add carbs around training time... like 100g before, 100g after.

Drink a lot of whole milk, at least a half a gallon a week. Eggs for breakfast is mandatory (steak and eggs are even better). At least 2 ounces of nuts/seeds for each snack. I went from 157 lbs all the way up to 187 lbs.
