Here’s the deal, I am an avid wrestler and am always doing everything to improve my game, this is my ultimate goal. The side goal of course, as well as helping my wrestling is to be as ripped and lean as possible. Now here’s the problem. I want to create the perfect balence while somehow training wrestling everyday directly by a practice. Run 2-3 times a week, weightlift 3times a week but I dont want to fuck anything up. Bah I suck at wording hope you guys understand lol.
