T Nation

Wow ... Just An Observation ...

Wow, the “off-topic” section of the T-mag
forum has turned into a self help support
group. Choose your course material: you have,
depression counseling, etiquette school,
inter-faith relationship counseling, spousal
infidelity counseling, and the end of the
world support group. I’m not criticizing, I
just find it … Actually, I’m not quite sure
how to take it. How 'bout I just reiterate,
it’s an “observation.”

I’ve noticed this too. I wonder if the weather has to do anything with it. After all, it’s been pretty cloudy outside, or at least where I live.

On a somewhat related note, I’m not sure it was a good idea to separate the off-topic stuff from the training/nutrition stuff. I find that I don’t log into this section of the forum very often, but when all the OT stuff was mixed in it made for a good blend. Anyone else feel this way?

Sucks don’t it. I’ve been thinking about changing my handle to Aiki-Dawg just to keep up

There’s a bandwagon I’ll jup on!

Actually, I think having an off topic forum has reduced the amount of arguing back and forth because of the “out of sight, out of mind” thing.

Maybe we need to start more Testosteronish
threads in the off topic section. How 'bout
a thread on favorite porn stars (Amber
Michaels) … or favorite hand guns (Sig P220)
… or something. Need to counter balance
the estrogen … :-p

favorite handgun- S&W .357 Magnum, model 686.

I couldn’t use NateDogg, it’s already taken.

yea i guess you can blame me for offseting the balance of what you guys normally would talk about on this thing. i’ve brought out everyone’s feminine side (whoops). not going to do it anymore. full apologies, guys… able to forgive me?

bionicwoman: I guess we can forgive you …
this time. Having women on the forum is
cool, as long as they are “T-women” or as long
as the estrogen level doesn’t get out of hand
(kidding again). Actually your “thanks” post
was well thought out and articulated. You
obviously understand semantics.

lol

Some of the names in this thread take me back… I mostly lurk, but I remember these guys as well as Jared, Goldberg, John Roman and Eric Cressey before they were writing articles here. Patricia, Ko, etc.

YES!

I was hoping somebody would noticed I bumped this.

wow!!! I sometimes wonder what has happened to our T-Nation ancestors. Some of them vanished without a trace… Did they die… did they go to bb.com ?? did they win the lottery?? we will never know. What happened to Aleksandr?? and neo??

Helluva bump, Jonny.

Terrible bump…just terrible. But now I’m bumping it because PMPM bumped it. And then someone else will bump I bumped it or to find out why PMPM bumped.

The Circle of Failure…outstanding.

Good God, I’m high.

it took me a second to realize this was a bump because it sounded pretty much like gal in the present time.

Marty, grab the Doc we’re heading Back…To the Future!!

Yes, our T-Nation ancestors died out long ago. If you dig deep enough, you can find their bones still intact. They’re usually found in small huddled groups around remnants of long extinguished cooking fires with game carcasses strewn about. Most of their barbells have rusted and either have been scattered, or were picked up by bandits long ago.
