Worse Insomnia, Anxiety and Stress When Lifting

I find this strange because I have been diagnosed with a anxiety disorder and the lifting keeps me balanced

imo, it’s just overthinking about every little details, form issues, nutrition, what about cortisol? what about this, what about that? what if… but im possitive

im going to look for yoga classes. i also used to do fencing and loved it. tennis is also cool. i think i tried it once and might also look into it again. other than this i tried different sports and what really gets me is weights. especially the discipline i need to make for it. but i also need to stop overthinking stuff too much about it
