    (Almost got that second rep of the cluster, finding issues getting back to original positioning from a reset. Got it up to my knees and got it stuck on my legs during the hitch. Regardless still very happy to be pulling 97% of my all time PR for a smooth single and almost second rep 5 weeks deep into this prep.)

Was supposed to have some trap bar RDLā€™s after thisā€¦ but nah my body wasnā€™t even having it when I was putting up the plates hahaha.

Seeing as I randomly drop off the face of this site I would like to drop in with an update for all.

Last comp went incredibly well. Managed to place 3rd in the open 90kg class. Really finding my stride with overall consistency for these comps and plan on keeping that as my weapon.

Moving forward from that comp I went into a small off season block and finally deadlifted 605lbs/275kg, and more recently after adopting a split jerk technique managed to put 295lbs/134kg over my head on an axle. Which puts me almost exactly where I wanted to be before I exit my teen years.

I am in the beginning stages of another prep for the Official Strongman Games Southwestern qualifier on june 25th.

I donā€™t plan on making a return to logging my training for a while, but I am still checking in and watching a great many training logs still. All the best folks.

8/22/2022- Yet another check in

Hey guys! Once again back from the dead to give some updates!

OSG Qualifier was a bite of humble pie for myself! A worlds qualifier is no joke haha! I placed 6th out of 9 or 10 and had a lot of fun. Definitely a huge learning point for me and showed me where I need to tighten up A LOT if I want to climb the open 90kg ladder.

Recently since my competition Iā€™ve dug back into a rigorous off season. My main goal and what I think will reap the most benefit for me right now is putting on more lean tissue and picking up more efficiency over all of my lifts.

Thus far the first 10 weeks of off season have brought me-
189lbs (Post comp low) to 196lbs BW currently.
and a solid solid PR of 315lbs/143kg on a split jerk!!! Managed to get into the 300+ Overhead club before I hit 20. Iā€™ve got two months now to knock of any other cool things before I hit 20!

Been keeping up with some logs still here and there when I have the time and I have to say I am very very glad to see so many of yā€™all are still up and at it! Donā€™t think Iā€™ll be making a return to the forums anytime soon.
