4/5/21- Food update
Been a while since I shared what my eating looks like right around now. BW pushing into the 200’s now consistently. Here’s what a training day looks like.
Meal 1-
4 Eggs
4oz Chicken
15g of carbs from berries
(Followed by Vitamin D3, Life-Ext. Super K, 250mg TUDCA, 2mg Copper)
Meal 2-
6oz Chicken
25g of fat from cashews
Some Green/Non Green/Fermented Veggies
Meal 3-
6oz Chicken
1lb of Potatoes
1 Cinnamon Raisin Bagel W/Jelly
Fermented Veggie and some greens if I feel up to it.
Follow it with some Folate and KSM-66
Meal 4- Pre Training
125g of Carbs from Cereal (Usually Frosted Flakes)
1 Banana
1 Scoop of Hydrolyzed Whey in Almond Milk
Intra Workout- 50g of carbs (Dextrin and Cluster Dextrin, Some EAA’s)
1 Scoop Hydro Whey and KSM-66 Directly Post Workout
Post Workout Meal-
5oz Chicken
1 Bag of Uncle Ben’s instant Rice (Roughly 75-80g of Carbs)
2 Cinnamon Raisin Bagels With Jelly
Pre-Bed-
1/2 Scoop Hydro Whey mixed in some greek yogurt
7.5ml of Grapeseed Oil
Followed by 400mg Magnesium, 9mg Boron and 50mg Zinc

Honestly the protein is overkill but stopped eating meat for the protein and just did it to cram more and more nitrogen in my system, not bothering my digestion or anything so I’m sticking with it.

Today was a really cool showcase of how simply adding more tricep meat can change pressing capability, usually 160 strict is a big deal for me… but doing it with a soft belt for sets in a complex and it feeling easy??? When the fuck did I get slightly average pressing power hahahaha

Today was a legit training session that was also a photoshoot for my senior graduation pictures for this year since I’m 2 weeks away from FINALLY being done with highschool. Did all of this in my cap and gown and got some seriously awesome pictures! Will share some of them here once I graduate.
Hydro Whey and Cereal is insanely easy for me to digest and also creates a really nice dopamine-centric kind of peri-workout window. It’s as much digestion as it is just enjoyment and feeling good coming into the training session.

Session was easy enough, do not miss the head pressure from zercher yoke, even 300lbs feels the same pressure wise as my 430 zercher yoke carries. Didn’t feel crazy taxing during the session, but my obliques and traps are telling me otherwise hahaha.
