Where do I find the workouts you guys mention like the GVT and some of Ian King’s? I’ve been on a low rep/high weight three day (MWF) workout for about four weeks and my gains have leveled off. I really need a new kick ass workout to spur some growth. I definetly want to continue 20 rep squats and 20 rep deadlifts, I’ve gotten some killer ham and quad sweep development out of them.
