Anyone try any new workouts lately. I’ve been trying to find a good one for mass gains and precontest bodybuilding. I really don’t think Poliquin’s Bodycomp would be all that great for the later. I’ve tried doing GVT for mass gains in the past, but it always seems to burn me out too quick. Basically I’ve just come off a 8 week cycled ketogenic diet and wanted to try to put on some lean mass between now and March. Between May and July I want to train for a bodybuilding contest. Any ideas?
