I’m reading a lot of good things about the Anabolic diet and plan on giving it a try.
For anyone who has tried it, how did it affect your workouts?
I cant work out on the weekends (I work and the gym is closed by the time I get out), so I go to the gym M/W/F. Could I continue doing this, even with monday-friday being my “damn-near-no-carb days”? Should I expect my wed. and fri. workouts to be less intense?
