I was just wondering…what kind of workout do you guys do on the Fat Fast? I’m currently doing the T-Dawg diet with GBC and was wondering if I could do GBC on the fast. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am on my second time doing fat fast, and it works great (I am down to 206 from 260, with muscle gain in between the two goes at it). I really think the best thing to do is a low set workout because by the end of your workout you will be spent. I have had great results from Fat Fast, and I really think it has a lot to do with attitude, so if you do a workout that won’t make you feel like dog crap for three days afterward, you are more likely to stick with it.
