What kinda workout do people involving cars and sleds?
Well for cars you are generally limited to pushing at various speeds while facing forward or backward, unless of course you have a hitch to attach a rope to pull…but cars are rather heavy for most people.
Sleds have almost endless variation. Pull-throughs, rows, flys, face pulls, lateral and front raises, a sort of concentric only good morning, abs, pulling. It all depends on you and what you can make work for you.
