Workout with Shoulder Injury

Injured shoulder bad and going to Physical therapy, but its taking long and havent lifted in over a month. So im looking for a workout or lifts that I can still do without using shoulder muscles.

Examples: Back squats, or bicep curls
No no’s: Shoulder presses, bench press

Does anyone have anything else to add to the list? Trying to flesh out a full work. Most likely going to be majority iso work.
