This was better than yesterday and I felt really good yesterday.

This may be my first post here, so I’ll give you an idea where I’m at. I’m 56 and have competed once last June 30 at the Northwest Arkansas Natural Bodybuilding competition. It was my first ever bodybuilding competition and I had no idea where I needed to be. I have competed in powerlifting when I was in my early 20’s. It have that comradre we had back then. I learned alot and hope to compete this next June at the same competition. Two years ago I fell out of a deer stand and broke 6 of the wings on my spine and set me back for about 4 months. Lord willing I’ll get my act together and improve on my performance next time. I’ll be 57 this next competition and probably will be close to the oldest one there. haha. Why I waited till now to do this, I don’t know, but I’m enjoying it. Hope to get to know some of ya and trade stories.
