After a small bike accident on sunday and a cuboid-calcaneum fracture, who gone keep me in a plaster for 4-6 weeks, i was wondering if some of you who had, or not, experiment such condition , could help me with some adapted workout plan and , or, some tips.

As a newbie i didn’t had the time to go found some similar topics here but as i should , i will go right now to find out! But before doing that, i’m asking first, in case someone answer faster than i’ll need to discover something about same topic!! and cause i’m already missing the gym for 3 days and my levels of endorphines are low!!!
