This is Jason Spencer. I am a natural bodybuilder. I am 6 feet tall weighing 190lbs. I want to get up to 240lbs of muscle mass. I work a physically demanding job from 2pm to 10pm. Should I train in the morning after breakfast OR after work because I would already had at least 4 solid meals. Which time would be more effective for adding size? And what training split should I follow? Thanks Mark.
