Hey there fellow T-mag readers. I’m looking for a 5 day(Mon.-Fri.) workout plan. I want to include the major lifts in this routine ie. chins,bench,deadlift,and of course the squat. Currently i’m doing 5 sets of 5 w/2 exercises per body part w/a tempo of 4-0-1 for pretty much all lifts involved. My current split is Mon.= Upperback and calves, Tuesday= Chest,abs,and either traps or shoulders(i alternate every other workout, Wed=Deadlift and calves, Thursday=Biceps,Triceps and abs, Friday = Quads and Hammies. Any feedback would be appreciated.
