I am new to the board and a friend at work told me about this hardcore workout program and diet. Its a 36 day routine and your supposed to gain a ton of mass and lose a bunch of weight. I was just wondering if anyone new what it was called and could point me in the direction of a copy of it.

It could be the Ultimate Diet. It’s a ‘hardcore’ 36 day program, though it’s not as amazing as you suggest. Do a search and make sure you read all the replies.
