Workout Program for PCT?


i am starting PCT in 2 weeks. What would be optimal training routine for keeping gains?


There is no such thing. What works for you best may not work for others. Did you bulk on your cycle and are looking to keep mass or was it more of a recomp? What was your training like on cycle?

Sorry for late reply. i did a bulking cycle with Dbol. worked out 4 times a week. gained about 22lbs. i was thinking would 3 times a week split be suitable for maintaining and not over training. is split chest/legs, Back/bicep, Shoulder/ tricep ideal?
