Workout Plan Question

For Riptoes starting strength, what should the plan work out to. monday on, tuesday off, wensday on, thursday off, friday on, break sat, break sun? Or should it be monday on, break tues, break wens, thursday on? Should there be a two days break for maximal recovery? seems dumb, just a quick response is good enough for me.

It’s just a three day a week training, put it together however you want. Train on three nonconsecutive days each week–that’s the only rule.

M/W/F - on.

The rest are rest days. Your first example is correct.

T/Th/Sat, W/F/Sun, Th/Sat/M, F/Sun/T, Sat/M/W or Sun/T/Th will work just as well.
