I recently created a 4 day workout regimen consisting of a legs, back/shoulders, arms/grip, and chest days. I’m keeping the tempo similar to that of the EDT program, only I’m not alternating between two movements. I’m also changing things up a little by going heavier with a 5x5 type program. I was just wondering what you thought about my back and shoulder set-up… should I add another exercise (I do rotate in pull-ups) or does this look fine? Input/comments on the 4 day regimen in general are welcome!
