im sure there's evidenece to suggest that nutrition during workouts is beneficial. isotonics are all over the adverts, and Berardi recommends Surge during, as well as post workouts. iv got a lot of respect for that guy, but im quite poor. does anyone have any experience, like they weren't improving weights lifted, then they started using Surge during workouts and made gains etc? if so, please put them up, tell me how benficial this is
You could have a solid meal one or two hours before you train. That way you'll be sure to have the right nutrients in the right place when you need them.
