Workout Favorites?

This, and many other questions, have been on my mind to ask everyone.

1- What is everyone’s favorite machine to workout on?

2- And two: Whats everyone’s favorite muscle to work on?

Standing bicep curls in the squat/power rack. So I guess you could say Biceps, and what really ups the ante and gets me pumped is if someone is waiting for the rack.

Favorite Machine would be the Free Motion Cable Cross, since you can do just about any exercise with it. Besides that I’m not a fan of machines.

As far as favorite muscle group- I guess I’d have to go with leg exercises.

1.The reverse hyperextension

  1. No single muscle, but I have been getting a real kick out of the posterior chain. I suffer from Chronic Whiteguy Ass, but it is comming along.

No offense, but if you spent a bit more time reading around here, you will find that most of the coaches are big proponents of free weights. Machines only when necessary/for a bit of variety.

That said, I agree with the cable machines. It’s a good approximation of free weights and you can get angles you normally can’t.

Favorite muscle? All of them, but I get the most kick out of deadlifts.

not a machine, but i my favorite is probably shrugs. My favorite muscles to work are either traps or delts

and fav muscle is my shoulders, I know it should be legs but I really really love my shoulders.
