Workout Direction

Coach,

I have a wrist fracture in a cast for what looks like the next 6 months. During that time, I want to strengthen my legs and core as much as I can, because that’s all I can do. It sucks because I can’t back squat now and am going to have to find alternatives, which is why I’m asking you. I have some ideas of what I could do but I was wondering for your input. I was thinking about getting a weight vest. During this time I’m also going to try to gain some weight. I won’t be able to expend myself in other areas (I’ll be at school). Thanks in advance.
