When I am working out, should I be doing exercises taht workout similar or different groups? For example, doing chest with bench press works out triceps at the same time as a secondary muscle.
So…Chest/biceps, or Chest/triceps?
…Back/biceps, or back/triceps?
…what about chest/back, tricep/bicep?
I read about that somewhere but I don’t know the benefits. If someone can please guide me, i would appreciate it.
