You must have missed DeFranco’s Strongman Taining for Atheletes. It has such favorites as the Empty Keg Toss (emptying it at the gym with all your lifting buddies is the fun part), Tire Flip, Backward Sled Drag and more. Probably just what you’re looking for.
Thanks T-Bone2!! That’s awsome! I’d like to find more info on Keg training tho. I did overhead squats with my keg and it was realy cool. I used very little liquid in the keg but the instability made the exersize much more dificult.
