If I want to cut down and train with a athletic women who wants my help what workout can I do that would benefit us both?
She is looking to just tone a bit. I am looking to burn off like 40-60lbs in 2009.
I know reps along the 16-10. Shorter breaks to keep the intensity up, but I am more concerned with the structure....
Used to do, Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulder, Lets
Now for a burn program do i want to hit each body part 2x a week?
Like an upper x2 and a lower x 2?
