Working Upper Body??

I bought the Kelly Baggett Vertical Jump Bible EBook and have to say it has a lot of great information in it.

I'm going to start the below routine tomorrow. It's basically the routine outlined in his book.

Anyway, my question is, what should I do for my upper body? I had planned on working upper body and cardio on days 2 and 4 and resting on the weekend (which is when I usually play basketball or football).

Does anyone have a fairly simple routine for upper body for two days a week they could suggest to me?

Leg Curl or GHR
Calf Raise
Slalom Jump
Star Jump (pause before each jump)
Power Skipping
Side to Side Box Jump (12"-18" box)
1-leg Step Up Jump
Low Squat Ankle Jump

Day 3
Deadlift
Barbell Lunge
Single Leg Calf Raise
Slalom Jump
Star Jump (pause before each jump)
Power Skipping
Side to Side Box Jump (12"-18" box)
1-leg Step Up Jump
Low Squat Ankle Jump
