I usually work out in the PM but found a great training partner that works out early morning, around 7:30AM. So I am thinking of working out with him.
I am planning on eating my big breakfast after the workout (oatmeal, eggs, egg whites, beans, toast, fruits, green tea) and having chocolate milk Post Workout.
What should I eat (drink) Pre Workout then, if I don’t take any supplements?
cool, the fruits and egg whites will only take me 5mins to prepare/eat.
and if i have some leftover meat i will eat that instead of the egg whites.

I workout first thing and I don’t feel the need to get in a full meal beforehand. Just enough to get some calories in my system so I’m not starving through my workout. Then I stuff myself all day.
