Working on Balancing


Anyone know of any exercises to help improve holds like the one shown in this pic? It took me a while to finally get this one pictured here (I’m on the bottom) and I can only hold it for a few seconds but I really enjoy the cirque du soleil type moves.

I’ve been doing some yoga to help but I’m also looking for other exercises if you guys have any suggestions.

I would think that general gymnastics/planche development etc. would be helpful as it is largely centred around balancing/isometric holds. gymnasticbodies.com?

Thanks guys appreciate the positive comments. I am still trying to get full planche for longer than a split second. It’s hard as hellll haha any advice?
