Working Off 2RM

@CT you’ve taught us how you move is just as important as how much. For rep quality i’m finding basing my percentages off my 2rm is better.

It is very smart, and not too far off of Wendler’s recommendation to use 90% to calculate your training weights since a 2RM will be around 95-97%. But yeah, it does insure that rep quality should stay high for the whole cycle, good thinking
