I recently obtained a barbell and two dumbells with the ability to be loaded with weights. Is it possible for me to fully work my legs with just these pieces of equipment? I dont have a powerack or anything of that nature to aid in squating and I’m not really sure how else to hit my quads effectively. Any advice or ideas would be appreciated.
Hell yeah! Lunges, step ups, bulgarian squats, barbell hack squats, barbell front squats, barbell full squats (you’ll have to power clean the barbell to get it into position for squats though, which might limit the weight you can use)
