Working Around Lower Body Injury?

Two days i suffered a injury by my growin and thigh playing basketball and had to go to the hospital turns out i kinda pulled my growin and a lot of skin came out and also got some minor bruising by my thigh… Im definitely going to skip the leg work for a month or two ,but im not to sure on how to go about this in my training… I was doing chest/triceps,biceps/legs,shoulders/tricep, and back/biceps before . It’d kill if i only had to go 3 days a week to the gym lol. Any ideas?

doing nothing for ur legs is a good way to ensure your groin heals imporperly. you want to be lightly introducing good movement patterns and full ROM, otherwise ur gorin is gonna heal up real shit like. Split squats, deep reverse lunges, start with BW maybe 1 week after inury. Also start walking alot, ice, foam roll, ice, then heat. That should be a good start. AND STRETCH THE FUCKER!!! this can be a good time to use the good girl naughty girl machines for increasin blood flow to area.

A lot of skin came off. I dont want irritate it. I have to add some cream .

you lost skin? i dont even know what that means. but like i said wait a week and start rehabing it, muscles get used to doing what u tell them too. sitting not using ur gorin will teach it to adapt to that.
