I have a nasty cold. My fever is gone, no chills or muscle aches, but I have a pretty painful cough.
Tonight is cardio night, and tomorrow is weight training day. I have to do weight day. But should I do cardio tonight?
Thanks for any input.

This is a quote from the great guys of T-mag in response to an email I sent asking the same question a while ago.
"The only time one should train when sick is if the sickness is something
like a minor cold. If it’s the flu or a bacterial infection, rest is
indicated.
As far as food consumption, as it turns out, following a hypercaloric diet
is beneficial for colds and other viral infections, whereas a slightly
hypocaloric diet is actually beneficial for bacterial infections."
Hope that helps
