Work Out Programs In Archives?

Hail T-Nation,

Is there anywhere on the web site or in archives work out programs already laid out?
What I mean is there articles that show the day-splits with number of sets, reps, and excersises to perform?

I’m a newbie to the sight and I am not navigating correctly around or something! Help!
I want to change my program up and get big for the summer!
