I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this. On the lease I received for a house i will be renting some of the wording was a little broad. It says that “Tenant will indemnify and hold Landlord harmless from all loss, cost (including reasonable attorny’s fees), or damage which may occur or be claimed as a result of the acts or omissions of Tenant, a member of his family, or any other person on the premises.” From what I understand this should say that the landloard is harmless from any damage due to negligent acts not just any acts or omissions on the tenants part. Im new to this and just want to make sure i fully understand everything in the lease. Any input would be great, thanks.
