Women's Training?

Everybody knows how men do and need to train to look good according to male standards and to look as young as possible as age does its damage.

But how about women? Most women stick to vague aerobics and go for jogs or fall for some more ridiculous stuff but few lift heavy. But would that help?

As I understand, a lot of the attractiveness in a woman comes from fat stores that are the breasts, hips, the behind etc. and you can’t train fat. It just gets saggier over time or is this because the muscles start to give way? How much can a woman affect this and how much better does a middle-aged who squats, deadlifts and let’s say cleans and jerks looks relative to the average woman who just goes through the same non-progressive aerobics til death?

Maybe the sag comes from NOT lifting heavy? hmmmm

If she sticks to high repetitions, machines and does aerobics, then she’ll be fine.

Heavy free weights will make a woman look manly. Duh.

Oh, she should never eat red meat, due to high levels of Testosterone in beef.

Careful now, he might be dumb enough to believe this.
