Women In Combat

I am not sure of the rules in your army, but in the US Army there is a rule that in combat conditions the highest ranking combat arms officer is in-charge. This means the a 2LT Infantry Officer could be in-charge of a signal corp colonel. But under all other conditions the ranking officer is in-charge, if they be male or female. Personnally, I have no trouble taking lawful and smart orders from a higher ranking officer. It is the stupid and unlawful orders that give me trouble. Most female officers have had to prove themselves, sometimes more than we have had to. So if you cannot respect their gender, do the soldierly thing and respect their rank and remember you always have the last few words in any conversation, “Yes, Sir” (pronounced cur) ;).
How did your selection process go?
Best of Luck.
