Women and Carb Backloading?

Are any women on here doing CBL? How many carbs do you have after working out? Any success with it?

Women can use it just fine, just be modest about the carbs you eat pwo since you don’t have the muscle mass to support major carbs like we mens do. Go ahead and post it in my thread, there is lots of love and support there :slight_smile:
