WOLFMOTHER (band)

I just picked up the self titled album WOLFMOTHER last night. I saw a video at the store and decided to pick it up. Anybody else heard them, what do you think?

I’ve listened to the album about twice through. I like it. They have a 70’s early metal feel, a mix of Sabbath and Zeplin. In fact, the song I heard at the store, I thought it was a Sabbath song I had never heard before. While it is not an original sound, I can’t think of another band around now that sounds like them.

I bought it three weeks ago and have not stopped playing it. I’m going to see them live tonight in NYC.
