So I’m back at the gym, right? And, I’m lifting like I almost used to, only this time I’m trying not to use ephedrine to kick my metabolism back to higher gear… and the results are quite fascinating. I’m back to my swimming/lifting body weight, I’m almost as muscular as I used to be in season, and I’m getting stronger after only about 4 weeks of an irregular routine. Anyone else have a strange genetic makeup or a lucky sweep with being blessed by quick results?
whenever i have a long lay-off, and get back to the gym, getting back to where i was happens extraordinarliy fast… maybe “muscle memory” i only start to plateu when i get back to where i was.
