Okay, so I am new to this, Im’m not looking for the “are you sure you want to do this” crap. I have already made up my mind and am set on it. But I am looking for advice to be successful. I’ve noticed all my friends exceeding their limits while I have been sitting behind plateaued. Low and behold they revealed they have been using for awhile. Well I am going to start. I am looking to cut, and improve my speed and endurance. Everyone pointed me to test prop and minstrel. But I do not really understand how often to use, do I use them together, do I cycle 8 weeks on? I am just looking for some sound advice to be on the right track. Any help I would really appreciate.
