Ive been out of the gym for some time now due to an auto accident injury. luckily, with my genetics, Ive been able to retain a good amount of my muscle mass, but those same genetics make me chubby and and really hard to burn. I'm getting ready to jump on a 50mg cycle of winny. My friend told me it will really shed the fat off.
Is this true? If so, Is there anything I should stack with it to get the most out of the cycle, maybe clen?. And finally what kind of foods and supplements should i be eating. Sorry for all the noob questions.
