I couldn’t find anything on this forum before asking. My free training days are Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. I’m going to do the six-week Beach Body Performance-based programme, then in the longer term use a three-day-a-week programme.
Will training on consective days hamper my performance and results either on the six-week programme or a longer-term programme?
About 13 months ago I asked a similar question.
I was told deadlift and squat on back to back days. Unfortunately I stopped training after this (work and family commitments). But the principal remains I believe.
You can and will adapt.
