Will Indigo 3G Work Without Heavy Lifting?

I love the idea of the nutrient-partitioning effects especially long term. Due to knee injuries I can’t do any really heavy compound lower body lifts anymore. I’ve stopped training with weights altogether actually, but I still work out 5-6 days a week doing bodyweight exercises, climbing, playing basketball and/or yoga.

My question is: Is I3G going to work if I don’t have intense weight lifting sessions?

But the short answer is, yes, it’ll do its job just fine without intense weight training. Mainly because it’s more related to your nutrition than your specific workouts.
