I’m more of a “Scrabble” or “Words with Friends” kind of dude if I have enough time to grab the iPod Touch before I sprint off to drop a nasty.

Pfff! I’m awaiting the return of SrJoker and his “better-than-Johnnie-Jackson” traps.

Monkey nuts and choclate cake

if your going to go down to 10% and up to 13 then back down, does that even sound like progress to you? I think a thread about your approach and if it was good would be better then ok guys you dont know me but im leaving and my approach is totally shit cya in 6 months. Just saying. How about you eat a bit less and consistently bulk for 6 months, still will progress be that awe inspiring in only 6 months? Hard to say for sure but judging by your plan i would have to doubt that. My advice is stick around talk to people that you respect or want to look like and have a goal to be consistent and make a lot of progress over a few years rather then cramming it into 6 months and over doing it and winding up close to where you started right now but 6 months later.

I will post my routine and approach here. The goal here is aesthetics. The reason i don’t bulk only is coz i first need to get my insulin sensitivity up by getting ridd of the last bit of the love handle and then i can focus on clean bulking slowly to gain some size.

I do them seated,it’s safer the seated version. The benefit is i progress better on it then front raises and i can lift alot heavier then front raises. it’s also good for the chest delt tie in.

I haven’t read any of the responses, so sorry if this was mentioned already…

Why are you planning on going from 10% bf to 13%? That doesn’t very productive, or make any sense. :o

Although I wouldn’t set 6 months as the time frame (building decent muscle takes years), allowing a 3-4% fat increase is pretty reasonable if you were to gain 20lbs of bodyweight or whatever.
