Wife Training With Me?

I’m a couple of weeks from finishing a 5x5 program with a friend of mine and want to do a new program.

I am also changing gyms and am going to start working out with my wife. She hasn’t lifted weights much in the past so this i gonna be getting her feet wet in the gym.

What do yall think of the CW Total Body Training for the switching off the 5x5 and a starting program for the wife?

Solid choice but may be a little in depth for her. I really like ABBH for starting ppl out it simple all the way through progressing etc you repeat days try and advance etc
