How is the stress on the muscles changed as you widen your grip while performing dips? I’ve been doing dips about 40 inches apart for a couple weeks now, and notice a focus of stress in the chest a lot like standing cable flys. Have you ever done very wide grip dips? What was your experience? I want to start loading up the weight belt for them but want to make sure its safe.
