Attached is a pic of me from my first competition in August. I'm 20 years old, 6'1 and weighed in at about 189 lbs. As you can see my hips are quite broad... I would like advice in how to make them look smaller or less wide. It takes away from my X-Frame and would like a better flow to my physique. Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance!
do many many pullups to gain size above and squats/leg presses etc to make ur legs bigger
Bigger upper body... maybe slap your parents once or twice
